Founded on December 17, 2018, Tianjin Kairun Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise specializing in fluid transportation, integrating R&D, production, and sales of large-scale water pumps. Its main products include a full range of core water pumps such as submersible axial flow pumps, mixed flow pumps, and full-flow pumps, along with supporting facilities such as submersible/permanent magnet motors, pipe fittings, valves, and electrical control cabinets, providing customers with customized one-stop fluid transportation solutions. Leveraging its superior engineering technology and strong manufacturing capabilities, Kairun Pump Industry is committed to helping customers improve pumping efficiency, reduce operating costs, and ensure long-term stable operation.

Our Factory

Tianjin Kairun Pump Industry Co., Ltd., located in the Koudong Industrial Park of Baodi District, Tianjin, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating production, research, sales, and assembly. It boasts a production plant of over 15,000 square meters, coupled with raw material processing at branch plants and a finished product assembly and testing base at the main plant, ensuring production efficiency and product quality from the source.

Our product range is extensive, covering submersible axial flow pumps, mixed flow pumps, full-flow pumps, gate pumps, vertical axial flow pumps, integrated pump stations, as well as stainless steel submersible pumps, sewage pumps, permanent magnet submersible pumps, mining submersible pumps, and deep well submersible pumps. We also provide matching submersible/permanent magnet motors, pipe fittings, valves, and electrical control cabinets, suitable for water conservancy, agriculture, municipal engineering, mining, petrochemical and other fields, meeting the needs of drainage, water supply, irrigation, and river/seawater lifting.

To maintain high quality, we have built a large-scale testing platform capable of testing submersible pumps of various sizes, with a maximum flow rate of 40,000 cubic meters per hour and a maximum power of 1650 kilowatts, ensuring that every pump meets performance standards and leaves the factory qualified. Kairun's strength has been recognized by authoritative bodies: holding 41 utility model patents, it has been certified as a high-tech enterprise and ISO9001 certified, and has been recognized as a Tianjin Young Eagle Enterprise, witnessing our commitment to quality and innovation. Currently, our products sell well domestically and are exported to Russia, South Korea, Singapore, and many other parts of the world. The workshop houses over 20 large-scale precision production and processing equipment, forming a complete equipment system covering core component processing, structural forming, and surface treatment: Equipped with multiple high-precision lathes and CNC machining centers, digital control achieves micron-level machining accuracy for core components such as impellers and pump bodies, ensuring maximum fluid conveying efficiency; dedicated large-scale bearing processing equipment focuses on the fine grinding of key transmission components, laying a solid foundation for stable equipment operation; professional welding equipment and certified welders work in perfect harmony, using standardized processes to ensure weld strength and sealing performance; environmentally friendly coating equipment combined with refined processing procedures gives products both corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, comprehensively meeting the stringent requirements of different application scenarios.
